2 Oct: Junior End of Summer Party

To celebrate a fantastic summer on the water, we would like to invite our Junior Sailors and Instructing Team to a 'Junior End of Summer Party', on Friday October 2nd, in the Dining Room in Howth Yacht Club from 7pm-10pm. 

 

The night will feature a two-course dinner and drinks, our Junior Prizegiving, with awards from summer racing, spot prizes, a few extra-special fun awards, and will be followed by a DJ to get everyone on the dance floor.

 

Smart casual dress code is encouraged - please leave the trackies at home!

 

Tickets are on sale now! Spaces are limited so make sure you book ASAP. This event is open to all HYC Junior sailors (U-18) who attended a summer course or participated in training/ coaching in 2026. To ensure as many Junior sailors as possible attend, tickets are not available to younger siblings or friends who did not take part in Junior sailing activities. 

 

Parents are warmly invited to join us in the HYC bar. Whether you're a member or not, we'd love to welcome you to the HYC bar while the celebrations are underway, and you're very welcome to join the dining room for the prizegiving. It's a chance to celebrate everyone's achievements, share a few laughs and round off a great summer sailing season.
