Seeking interest in a RIB launching service

Have you got a RIB blocking the drive or parked somewhere ashore, wishing at short notice that you could take a spin around the island on a sunny evening or take advantage of a favourable forecast and head for lunch in Skerries or across the bay to Dun Laoghaire?  If there is sufficient interest, the club intends to launch a new dry-launch RIB service for members. We would intend accommodating up to 12 RIBs and depending on the size mix. We received six applications last year but will need a minimum of eight per yaer to make the business case to fund the racking system and larger adapted forklift.

If your RIB is up to 6m long and with a capability for a ‘centre-lift’, we can store it in the rack for all 12 months of the year and have it launched in the water when you want to use it. The club is proposing a range of lift packages depending on your anticipated frequency of use and in between your RIB is safely stored in a rack reducing maintenance, engine corrosion and without the need to anti-foul and regularly lift to clean.
