Hopefully you have some familiarity with Zoom. If not, you can access the Webinar using the the link above and clicking on the Launch Meeting button, if you have Zoom installed, or by clicking on the ‘Join from Your Browser’ option if not. Having successfully done this the “Join a Meeting” screen is shown and you can proceed to join by entering your email – your passcode should come up automatically. If you have an issue setting up Zoom please contact HYC Administration 01-8322141.
Your credentials will be checked before you will be allowed to join.
It is recommended that you allow plenty of time to login before the AGM. Registration will at 18.00 to allow time for up to 150 voting members that have registered attendance to be validated. Having joined you will then have to wait until the meeting is opened at 20.00 when you will be admitted.
The procedures for voting will be advised at the start of the meeting.
If you would like to ask a question during the AGM you should email it to commodore@hyc.ie. This email address will be manned during the meeting and relevant questions taken.
