We were delighted to welcome Jay Gowell and Chace Anderson, Commodore and Vice Commodore of the Cruising Club of America, to Howth Yacht Club today.

Pictured here with Alan Markey, HYC member and Commodore of the Irish Cruising Club, and Gary Cullen, Vice Commodore of HYC, it was a wonderful opportunity to exchange burgees and hear about their experiences sailing on this side of the Atlantic.

Jay, Chace and Alan had just returned from the Western Isles Cruise 2025 in Scotland and Jay is continuing on to Spain and beyond where we wish them fair winds.
