The bar at HYC has three different seating areas for members and their guests to enjoy.
The Snug is a cosy area with real fire that is lit during the colder days of the year. There is also a comfy seating area where you can sit on lounge style chairs to enjoy your food, drinks and the company of your friends, again this area has a large fireplace. The third seating area us around the bar where we have dining style table and chairs around the windows and tall stools at the bar.
HYC has a wide variety of beverages available on both tap and bottle. There is also a wide variety of wines, spirits and soft beverages available. If you aren't wanting a meal, the bar also has a variety of snacks for both the savory and sweet tooth.
The bar area occasionally plays host to a visiting band, musician or social event. Like the restaurant, the bar can cleverly be partitioned so that any private events can have their own bar service.
The bar at HYC is run by John Bennet our chief steward who together with Frank and Brian look forward to welcoming you to HYC.
