When you book your wedding at HYC we can assure you of a personal service throughout. Dave Spaine our restaurant manager, along with Nic Parton our General Manager, will co-ordinate your day from your initial booking through all arrangements to supervising your actual wedding.
All cuisine is personally managed by our head Chef Philip Leech. Philip, Dave and Nic work closely together to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Menus are priced from  43.00 in accordance with your specific needs.
The following is a list of your menu choices and are priced as follows - please note that if required we would be happy to advise on special dishes if any of your guests have dietary requirements.
Choose one starter, one soup, one main course and one sweet for 43.00
Choose a choice of two starters, one soup, two main courses and one sweet for 47.00
Choose a choice of three starters, one soup, three main courses and three sweets for 53.00

Our dining room is set up very attractively to a very high standard using crisp white table linen.
Alternatively if you wish we can arrange napkins, table linen, flowers and candles for you in a variety of colours and themes to match your colour scheme
